Borosil® Complete Soxhlet Extraction Apparatus

Ideal for laboratory-scale refluxing, botanical extraction, and cannabis extraction applications, Borosil® Soxhlet Extractors are constructed from stress-free, 3.3 Low-Expansion Borosilicate that is mechanically strong and incredibly resistant to thermal shock.

Borosil® Soxhlet Extractors are available in sizes ranging from 60mL to 2L, with flasks ranging in size from 150mL to 5L. The 500mL, 1L, and 2L Extractors (with 2L, 3L, and 5L flasks, respectively) are supplied with improved Double Surface Condensers, for ultimate cooling and solvent retention.

Borosil® Complete Soxhlet Extractors allow for extraction of non-volatile compounds from a sample by way of continuous reflux solvent extraction. This allows users to extract effectively with relatively small quantities of solvent.

The Allihn Condenser supplied with each kit promotes a higher cooling capacity than a traditional condenser due to a series of bulbs with greater surface area.
